Stella's Cucina proudly presents a unique and rare opportunity to experience two of Italy's most iconic wineries 'Tenuta diTrinoro (Tuscany) and Passopisciaro (Etna,Sicily). Described as a creative genius and of one of Italy’s most visionary vintners, Andrea Franchetti is world renowned for his original take on winemaking. The evening will include conversations with Lorenzo Foranini who has worked side-by-side with Andrea Franchetti as his winemaker for over 10 years. Our 5 course, paired tasting menu features regional dishes specially created by Chef Piersimone D'Anna to compliment each wine.

Each course offers a new wine (or two) and a moment to discuss it with its' creator. The evening will take you on a journey the wines of Trinoro in Tuscany and the gorgeous high altitude, elegant wines from the volcano, Mt. Etna, in Sicily. The volcanic soil combined with the steep, sun-drenched mountain terraces create the conditions for truly remarkable wine.

We’ll feature 7 library selections flown directly from the cellars in Tuscany. With a beloved cult following, it is extremely rare to find tasting menu's with Francetti's wines in the United States. This intimate event has very limited seating, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
